 Villa Casablanca is huge with 4,200 square feet of living space plus wonderfully spacious terraces. A large deck surrounds a 15 X 22 foot oceanfront swimming pool providing an ideal spot for spending hours enjoying the spectacular view either while you're in the pool or lying in a comfortable lounge chair or hammock. You will want to charter a boat or go out kayaking or just simply walk the shoreline.
We feel Casablanca is perfect for extended families or 2 families with children- or a large group of friends- there is plenty of room for everyone! This is home base for all your adventures while exploring the Riviera Maya- This home lends itself to want to take part in the outdoor activities. With a dedicated administrator and concierge services available at your fingertips there is nothing you can’t do while being a guest at Casablanca.
The dining and living rooms offer incredible views of the magnificent sea, and beautiful marble floors. The combination is spacious and perfect for entertaining. This is a beach house with no pretenses- laid back and relaxed without too many gadgets and technical devices.
The formal dining area adjoins the interior arboretum and overlooks the sunken living room. The living room window wall provides a wide ocean view and opens to the pool and Caribbean. The house itself is decorated completely in white with dramatic splashes of color..... stunning! The kitchen comes fully equipped and leads out directly to a wonderful porch area with a gas barbeque.
Puerto Aventuras has much to offer you on your vacation and it is all within walking distance of Villa Casablanca: Alegira Spa & Gym, tennis courts, nine hole golf course, a full service marina with fishing boats for charter, parasailing and private sailing charters, scuba diving, cave diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins and many restaurants and shops.
The villa is on a rocky coastline which gives you lots of privacy and is only a short walk away from two beautiful beaches. The snorkeling directly off shore from the villa is some of the best on the coast. Don’t forget to bring your water shoes and your snorkeling gear!
Aside from the multitude of activities found in Puerto Aventuras, there are also many wonderful tours and day trips located within 10 - 30 miles of this incredible town. Xplor, Xcaret and Xel-ha are fabulous water parks located just a short drive from the villa. You may also visit the Mayan ruins of Coba and Tulum. If you are more into shopping, upscale dining and night life, Playa del Carmen is just a 15 minute drive from Puerto Aventuras.
