 Casa Alegria’s 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms condo is located on the ground floor of the brand new H building in Chac-Hal-Lal complex on the marina front.
With all the amenities of this unit you wont even know you have left the comforts of home. This unit is so charming, so homey and comfortable you will never want to leave. What is so special about this condo is the openness and the view to the marina.
This lovely condo comes with full kitchen covered in Santa Cecilia granite countertops. All 3 bathrooms are beautifully decorated with Tikul marble and the entire unit is laid in Spanish marble floors. Lavish? … Yes, but also extremely comfortable for your family vacation.
You will find 2 dining tables in this condo. You can have breakfast inside and dinner al fresco. There are 2 chaise lounges on the terrace if you choose to take an afternoon siesta while watching the boats go by. In addition there is an outside shower so you can rise off when you come back from all your outdoors activities!
There are 2 bedrooms in Casa Alegria. The master bedroom has a king size bed, entertainment center with TV/DVD player and small terrace overlooking the marina. There is a large walk in closet that joins with the en suite bathroom. The colors in accent walls and bed ensembles are rich and bold yet they make a great contrast with the neutral wood color.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, ample closet space and another en suite bathroom. This room also has a TV and DVD player.
Casa Alegria's living area is comfortable for full condo capacity (6) with 2 comfortable couches and love seat around the entertainment center.
In Casa Alegria there is always something for everyone to do. If you are not relaxing by the pool, or going out on a boat activity, you can always stay home play cards or catch up on your latest movies. All TV’s have Mexican sky network satellite and there is a small DVD library.
From your terrace you can see all the boats coming and going to go fishing, diving, snorkeling, sailing or parasailing, You will want to join in the fun! Just a few steps away from your terrace you can also see the dolphin show. Going out the front door and across the parking lot you have a gorgeous swimming pool by the beach on Fatima Bay.
During your stay at Casa Alegria you can choose to do it all or do nothing at all!!
