 We like to call this fun condominium Casa Familia simply because it has something to offer every member of the family. The condo is spacious, has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and it is located in one of the newest beachfront developments in Puerto Aventuras, appropriately named Villas del Mar (Villas by the Sea).
Villas del Mar is the most family oriented complex in Puerto Aventuras. Villas del Mar boasts an unbelievably huge swimming pool, the largest in Puerto Aventuras. The pool is uniquely shaped, multiple-sided, and has a wide range of depths for all ages to enjoy. The swimming pool is well situated amidst an expansive and beautifully manicured green area landscaped with palm trees and tropical gardens. The beach is within a minute's walk through the pool park from your condo's door.
Casa Familia has ample common area for family and friends to gather. The ground floor offers a living room that is comfortably furnished with a wrap-around couch, cocktail tables, TV,DVD, stereo and large windows looking out over the pool and toward the beach. The dining room provides a large dining table with room for six, plus a large counter area with 4 bar stools looking into Casa Familia's well-furnished kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare all your meals. Furthermore, this condo is equipped with an extra half bathroom / utility room on its ground floor complete with washer and dryer for added convenience.
You come to Mexico to be outdoors, and Casa Familia offers two great terraces where you can enjoy the tropical weather within private confines. The main floor terrace is situated off the living room through large sliding glass doors. Its southern exposure ensures sunbathing in privacy of your own terrace at any time of the day. The condo offers a Jacuzzi tub, a thatched roof covered seating area with dining table, two cushioned lounge chairs, and a large stainless-steel gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining. From this terrace you can look down upon children playing in the shallow waters of the wading area of the huge pool, enjoy the beautiful sun setting over the jungle, or just relax with a margarita in the shade of the thatched roof palapa as you enjoy the breeze from the ocean as it gently moves the palms that surround this magnificent common area.
The second floor terrace provides yet another quiet and shaded outdoor space that you can retreat to within the privacy of this wonderful vacation condominium. This terrace offers a view of the jungle that extends as far as the eye can see. It is furnished with a couch and 2 very comfortable chairs with ottomans for afternoon quiet reading time. It's a great place to string up a hammock and take an afternoon siesta while listening to the soothing sounds of songbirds in the jungle treetops. From here you can also catch the most amazing of Caribbean sunsets.
The owners have invested a lot of themselves in Casa Famila's interior decoration. They have succeeded in creating a really fun space where everyone in your family will be comfortable. Their efforts assure that your stay here will be a unique and unforgettable experience in this tropical family retreat. In the end, they have created a real home away from home for their family and yours to enjoy.

Master Suite
This room is tastefully decorated in earth tones. Its soothing portobello walls, potted tropical palms and natural light create a very comfortable space. The Master Suite offers a king-size bed with a linen canopy. Two pull-out twins beds store conveniently underneath so parents can let young ones sleep nearby. The Master Suite is furnished with a 29" flat screen TV with American cable channels, sitting area for two, reading books, alarm clock, bathrobes, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a full bathroom with double vanity, large bathtub and shower well-lighted through windows and a skylight.

Kid's Bedroom
This room is cool! This room offers a king-size bed with 2 twins that store conveniently underneath, comfortably accommodating four. It has a 29" TV with Nintendo and American cable channels. The room has dresser drawers, closet space, and a beautiful planted garden just beyond its window. As with all the bedrooms, this has its own full private bathroom with shower. *Note: Adults love staying in this room, too!

This bedroom is on the ground floor and offers a separate privacy entrance. It has its own bathroom and shower, 29" TV with cable channels, sitting area and reading books.

- The rental occupancy is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and may cause us to ask you to vacate.
