 Experience an exclusive atmosphere at Hacienda Del Mar, the only beachfront Hacienda style villa in the Riviera Maya. Hacienda del Mar boasts over 8500 square feet, with 10 bedrooms - 8 bedrooms plus 2 dens in total. There are 6 bedrooms plus den in the main villa and 2 bedrooms plus den in the casita (little house) located in the grounds. The magnificent villa located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.
As you enter through the doors of this magnificent residence you will be transported into another world. The courtyard is adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 3 guest suites with full bath, air conditioning and also the family room.
Walking through into the living and dining room you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you, the infinity swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners is a masterpiece... with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico.
Upstairs there are 3 sumptuous ocean front suites with walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The villa staff is on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.
The owners of Hacienda Del Mar live in the villa, this is their treasured home and they want you to enjoy it and cherish it as they do. The owners cats and tropical birds will remain in residence and will make you feel right at home. The owners have decided that for a few weeks each year, they will share their dream home with the lucky few!

- For Easter, Thanksgiving, President and Holiday weeks – the minimum rental is 10 bedrooms (for these weeks reservations are Saturday to Saturday)

- Casita may be occupied when there are more than 12 guests in residence. Minimum charge for the Casita is $1000.00 per week

- Only registered guests staying at Hacienda Del Mar are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests - failure to adhere to this may result in you being asked to leave the premises
