Meeting Jed & Melissa was any wedding planners dream. They were clear on what they wanted. They wanted to have fun, be with friends & family and enjoy each other. I got to work.
With a probable guest list of over 100 people this was a popular couple and I needed to focus on FUN! Little did I know they were blessed with an amazing army of family & friends!
They had a close friend perform the ceremony. This was a beautiful interaction of personal touches of anecdotes were sprinkled with laughter. Two other close friends headed the sand ceremony including all the guests. Then came the vows.
This is when everyone could feel why they were just perfect for one another! After they were pronounced man & wife the most incredible sunset was setting behind them. Nobody planned that, but it was a present as testimony of their love. These guys were going to be happy in life together no matter what.
The rest of the evening was icing on the most perfect cake. Regardless of all the planning one does; there are some couples that make work seem effortless & always fun. Thank you!
From the moment of our engagement, we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding in Mexico in an intimate and beautiful natural setting. We wanted the wedding to represent who we are as a couple and most importantly, we wanted to be able to focus on relaxing and sharing in the moment with everyone we love, instead of on the "production."
This is where Gina came in. At our initial meeting in Akumal and throughout our months of planning, Gina was always there to put things in perspective. From day one she told us that everything would be perfect and not to worry. She listened to us patiently and had great suggestions, all the while recognizing our priorities and being sensitive to our budget. We completely put our trust in Gina to coordinate all the details, from the flamenco guitarist and mariachi band to the bride's bouquet and centerpieces. And she was right…everything was perfect. Her expertise and professionalism enabled us to focus on the important things like writing our vows and enjoying time with family and friends. Our guests continue to comment today that ours was the most special and beautiful wedding they've ever been to. We can't thank Gina enough and would highly recommend her to anyone.
